Who starts a diet during the Holidays?! I do. I figure if I can do this during the Holidays, you’ll have no excuse to start when you’re ready.
Okay, it’s been 13 days on the program and I’ve lost 10 pounds. I feel good, not tired, and when I think I’m hungry I realize it’s just me wanting to eat – not that I’m hungry, just that I want to eat and I can, the program allows for snacking options.
I made it through a party at my brother’s home where we served up pizza, wings, chili and a cheese tray. I made it through Thanksgiving where we served EVERYTHING!
